Terms and Conditions
50% booking deposit plus $200 damage deposit is required to secure a reservation. Balance payable one week prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation of your booking, please note that your 50% booking deposit will not be refunded.
However, if we confirm another booking for the same period we will refund your deposit in full.
You can re-book for an identical period (days and rate) up to 30 days prior to the original booking. Your deposit will apply to the new booking.
Final cleaning, linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, firewood are included. No smoking please within the house.
