Terms and Conditions
50% Deposit is required to secure a reservation. Plus a cleaning fee of $80. Balance payable one week prior to arrival.
A security deposit of $350. required when booking,
refundable when vacating cottage. Please provide Bank accout details for refund.
In the event of cancellation of your booking, please note that your deposit will not be refunded.
However, if we confirm another booking for the same period we will refund your deposit in full.
You can re-book for an identical period (days and rate) up to 30 days prior to the original booking. Your deposit will apply to the new booking.
Final cleaning, (provided that the cottage is left in a tidy state), linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, firewood are included. No smoking please within the house.
